Institutional Risk Disclosure Policy
Last Updated: September 2026 • Compliant with Tier-1 Regulatory Standards
1. High-Risk Investment Warning
Trading Foreign Exchange (Forex), Contracts for Difference (CFDs), Spot Commodities, and digital asset derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leveraged trading allows market participants to control large positions with a small margin deposit. However, leverage can rapidly multiply losses as well as profits.
You could sustain a total loss of your initial deposit, and under extreme market volatility without negative balance protection, risk additional obligations. Never deposit or risk capital that you cannot afford to lose entirely without impacting your financial security.
2. Past Performance Disclaimer
Mandatory Notice: Past performance of any trading strategy, backtested model, educational trade study, or verified broker account does not guarantee, predict, or imply future results. Financial market conditions change continuously, and no strategy is immune to drawdowns or consecutive losses.
3. Educational Scope & No Signal Service
FX Markets/USD operates strictly as a financial education hub and partner. We do NOT provide automated copy-trade signals, algorithmic account management, or personalized investment advisory services.
All trade breakdowns, technical blueprints, and live stream commentaries are provided strictly for educational purposes to demonstrate price action theory, order block mechanics, and risk-to-reward position sizing.
4. Partner Relationship
FX Markets/USD is a Partner to independent Tier-1 regulated brokerage institutions (Exness, ADSS, MultiBank Group, Vantage Markets). FX Markets/USD is NOT a financial broker, custodian, or fund manager. All user funds are deposited directly with, held by, and executed by the respective independent broker under their applicable licensing (FCA, ASIC, CySEC, FSCA, SCA).
FX Markets/USD receives commercial referral fees or rebate commissions from partner brokers when users open accounts and execute volume through our partner links, at no extra cost to the trader.
5. Jurisdictional Restrictions
The information on this website is not directed at residents of any specific country where foreign exchange or CFD trading is restricted or prohibited by local laws or regulations (including, but not limited to, the United States, North Korea, or sanctioned territories). It is the sole responsibility of the visitor to verify compliance with local laws before opening an account.
6. Strict Policy: We Do Not Handle Client Funds
Non-Custodial Transparency: FX Markets/USD does NOT accept client deposits, collect money, hold account balances, or handle client funds in any capacity. All client financial transactions, account funding, withdrawals, and trade clearing are conducted strictly and exclusively by the independent Tier-1 regulated broker entities under segregated client bank accounts.
